Every Monday afternoon from 3-4pm, join us to look after your mental and physical wellbeing with a weekly online yoga class. From the comfort of your own home, our specialist instructor Grace focuses on breathing, stretching, gentle movement and relaxation. She fully understands the needs of people with a brain injury and can adapt each move to everyone’s ability.
