We invite you to a virtual gentle chair yoga session on Thursday 3 September at 11am via Zoom.
Join Grace from Uckfield Yoga Studio for a one-hour yoga session specifically designed for people with brain injury. The session will incorporate breathing techniques, movement, meditation and relaxation.
