Brighton Marathon runners raise over £3000

Rob Townsend

Emma Naylor, Rob Townsend and Ed Hollingdale successfully completed their first ever marathon at the Brighton Marathon in very  respectable times: Ed: 3:48, Rob: 4:04 and Emma: 4:24. They managed to raise over £3000 for Headway East Sussex, which is an absolutely fantastic achievement!

Rob was inspired to run for Headway East Sussex because his older brother was involved in a car accident back in February 2007 and suffered serious head and neck injuries. Fortunately, he made an amazing recovery over time. Rob’s parents used the Headway website to gain valuable information and learn more about brain injury.
