DAY SERVICES MANAGER

Salary £23,400 per annum
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Part-time applications considered but you will need to work Monday to Friday

We are looking for a lead for our Day Service to ensure the delivery of a high quality service that promotes optimum independence and improved quality of life. You will manage the team in supporting people to engage in activities and achieve their personal goals
You will need: –

  • 5 years (minimum) experience in the health and social care sector
  • Ability to promote our rehabilitation and reablement focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to lead and motivate a team
  • Common sense, initiative and a professional approach

Outreach Support Worker, Salary £8.75 per hour, 35 hours per week

Join our professional and friendly team working with people
affected by brain injury across
East Sussex, Brighton & Hove and the West Sussex borders

We are looking for people seeking job satisfaction who have:

  • Common sense and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in working alone and as part of a team
  • A clean driving licence and use of a car with business insurance
  • Experience in the health and social care sector
  • Ability to work with other professionals and comply with procedures

We have a position for a full-time support worker in our Outreach Team, supporting people living with brain injury in their own homes and local communities. You will enable them to achieve their personal goals, improve their independence and increase their opportunities for social interaction.

All applications will be considered however, due to the nature of our caseload, we currently have a preference for female workers to cover mainly the Wealden & Havens areas and the West Sussex borders.

Some weekend and evening work may be required.
